Payment by bank transfer or in cash, we don't take credit cards.
Payment in advance or upon arrival.
For longer stays we ask a 500 euro security deposit.
For longer stays you pay the monthly rent before the start of the month.
For longer stays the notice period is one month.
The tourist tax in Arnhem is 2,5 euro a day per person. If you are registered in Arnhem for 4 months you don't have to pay the tourist tax.
Prices are for one or two guests. For extra guests there will be an extra charge, depending on the length of your stay.
